About me …

I am almost 40 years old working mum.

When my daughter was 2 years old, I realised I don’t have the energy to run around my little girl in the park. I was trying all different quick fixes you can think of. But I didn’t see the results I wanted after two weeks, so gave up.

And next month, I would try another diet.

Obviously, it never worked.

I remember my turning point. We went to the park, my girl run off towards the slide and I started looking for a bench to sit on.

Hang on a minute – I want to be running after you! I want to play with you! I want to have fun with you! I was too tired and I had no energy. It had to change. I changed my mindset. I didn’t want to list the excuses anymore.

I want to show you that it doesn’t have to be such hard work and you can enjoy this process.
