I help people overcome their barriers to help them achieve sustainable weight loss and fitness results. Whether it is fat loss, getting stronger, building muscle, improving your health, changing your lifestyle I have created a system that will help you achieve that.
My coaching methods will help you reach your health and fitness goals. I will give you strategy to maintain it long term. I want to help you feel better about yourself without giving up the process.
Within my online or in person Coaching Programmes you will get exercise programme for home or gym to suit your lifestyle. You will be provided with nutrition advise and target to help you make informed decisions around your eating habits . Your progress will be monitored and reviewed in your weekly and monthly meetings. My methods work as you will get support during your PT session as well as outside the time you book with me. I will help you create healthy habits around exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle to help you maintain your results. You will feel motivated, happy and empowered and will have exit strategy to help you maintain your results.
I know how you feel. I have been there. I understand your barriers. I will help you overcome them to make sure you have the right support from me to help you achieve your goals. Often you probably know what you should be doing. But having someone on your side who will help, reassure you, cheer for your on the good days and support you on the days when it’s harder is what you need. About me …
I am 42 years young mum loving my life and my family with my 2 dogs. You will mostly find me outdoors with my family either by the water or on the mountains. I am positive and on a journey to be the best version of myself. But it wasn’t always like this…
When my daughter was 2 years old, I realised I don’t have the energy to run around my little girl in the park. I was trying all different quick diets you can think of. But I didn’t see the results I wanted after two weeks, so gave up.
And next month, I would try another diet.
Obviously, it never worked.
I remember my turning point. We went to the park, my girl run off towards the slide and I started looking for a bench to sit on.
Hang on a minute – I want to be running after you! I want to play with you! I want to have fun with you! I was too tired and I had no energy. It had to change. I changed my mindset. I didn’t want to list the excuses anymore.
I want to show you that it doesn’t have to be such hard work and you can enjoy this process.
