My client approached in Feb 2023 and we worked together for 12 months. She wanted to move away from all or nothing mentality, lose weight and feel happy. She was feeling lost and needed support to overcome her challenges.

My client felt lost with it all, wasn’t sure where to start and wanted to lose weight. Mainly she wanted to feel more like herself but wasn’t sure how or where to start

Why did you decide to work with me?

What were your 3 biggest wins?

I can really tell the strength training changed my body as I have toned arms. I feel so much better and ready equipment for the day with better energy. I learned a lot about nutrition to help me make informed choice without cutting my favourite foods.

What would you tell someone who is thinking about starting their weight loss journey?

Don’t rush it, enjoy the time learning about yourself along the way. It’s worth it

The laughs and the mental support you gave me when I needed.

What changed the most?

Knowing that I could feel better about myself was a great motivator, so on ‘bad days’ this helped me start again
