From overweight & stuck to motivated and positive

My client Helen approached me in Autumn 2023 and we worked together for 6 months. Helen joined my online membership as we found a programme best suitable for her goals and schedule. She wanted to move away from ‘lose weight fast’ mentality and wanted a new lasting approach to her weight loss goal. She was feeling stuck in a negative spiral and didn’t want to carry on like that.
