Elle approached to as she wanted a help with the workouts and nutrition habits. She wanted to create a routine to fit her busy working life and also wanted to gain more understanding around nutrition.
She was interested in lifting weights and include strength training in her routine but she wasn’t sure where to start.
Elle, did you have any concerns before you started working with me?
Not really. I knew I need to get myself In a fitness routine to make me feel better.
Why did you decide to work with me?
I knew you would be understanding and you are knowledgeable in the areas I needed help with.
What were your 3 biggest wins?
I can lift heavy weight and I can see changes in my body. I understand my nutrition better and know what to eat to give me energy so I don’t feel tired. I feel better in my clothes.
I now workout at least 3 times per week. I eat more nutritious meals and snacks I stopped binge eating.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about starting their weight loss journey?
Have a go. Don’t compare yourself to someone else’s middle. Take small steps
What was your favourite part of us working together?
Pushing me to lift heavier and believing I can. You were really supportive and encouraging. You always reassured me if I was feeling down.
Elle’s goal was weight loss to stay fit and healthy and to have a good routine to stay on the right track.
We focused on nutrition habits as well as activity levels habits to create a sustainable routine she can maintain.
We monitored progress regularly and adapted the plan if we needed to.
Elle was facing a lot of personal challenges and this gave her focus to stay consistent with her habits
She became a better, healthier, fitter and stronger version of herself.
