From ‘ALL OR NOTHING’ to STRONG and HAPPY

My client approached in summer 2022 and we worked together for 12 months. She wanted to move away from all or nothing mentality, lose weight and feel happy.

We worked together to find the the best approach to fit her busy working life as a working parent.

Why did you decide to work with me?

It felt you were a positive person who would help me understand & concentrate on nutrition consistency along with exercise

What were your 3 biggest wins?

Only 3!!!!! Educating myself with nutrition, I have arm muscles, awareness/recognise triggers for not making good choices with food. If poor choices are made, its just today, improve tomorrow Exercising regularly for self care and mental wellbeing being.

What would you tell someone who is thinking about starting their weight loss journey?

What was your favourite part of us working together?

We had fun, you challenged me and you provided a holistic approach, which you don’t realise is needed when you first start. You always made me feel I could achieve it!

Decisions – My awareness to being active for my mental well being and fuelling my body correctly.
